A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TH~ CITY WATER DE-
PARTMENT TO EXPEND THE BALANCE OF CONSTRUC-
TION FUNDS, OR SUCH PORTION THEREOF AS IS
NECESSARY, FOR COMPLETION OF THE THIRTY-INCH
DIAMETER TRANSMISSION LINE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
The City Water Department is here and hereby muthorized
to proceed with the planning and construction of a 30-inch diameter
water transmission line in the Woodman's Oulch area of the existing
transmission line, thereby replacing 24-inch diameter pipe with 30-
inch diameter pipe, all with construction funds provided under Or-
dinance No. 1321, and in the manner otherwise provided for construc-
tion of a transmission line by Ordinance No. 1321.
