ADMIRALTY HOTEL, FOR DEVELOPM~T AND
CONSTRUCTION OF LOW INCOI'&E HOUSING AND
APART~',~ENT CONS TRUC TI ON
Tii-[E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSE~fD, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSE~,~BLED, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
That the area in the City of Port Townsend, Washington, now
occupied by the Adn~ralty Hotel, lying West of Taylor Street and
South of Washington Street in said City, be and the same is hereby
approved for development as a Iow income housing development area,
under the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development
criteria for the same, subject to compliance with applicable City,
State and County requirements for construction, safety and health
stand ard s.
