A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLMENT
PURCHASE OF A WELL AND APPURTENANCES FROM
JEFFERSON COUNTY P.U.D. NO. 1.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
A resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and City
Clerk to enter into an agreement with Jefferson County Public
Utility District Number 1, for the purchase by the City Water De-
partment of a certain water well, known as "P.U.D. Hadlock W~ll,"
capable of producing 200,000 gallons of water per.day, for a pur-
chase price not to exceed $31,400.00, payable in annual install-
ments of $2,750.00 beginning one year from the date the said well
is first put into production, and including a pump, controls,
pump building, piping and p~peline installed and connected to City
water.
