A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT
IN BEHALF OF THE CITY FOR MENTAL HEALTH AND
RETARDATION SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY JEFFERSON
COUNTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
That, commencing with the year 1973, the Mayor be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to enter into, in behalf of the
City of Port Townsend, a contractual agreement by the terms of which
Jefferson County, Washington, shall provide to the citizens of the
City of Port Townsend the services available under the Jefferson
County Mental Health and Retardation Board, and such other mental
health services as may be available for residents of JefferSon
County, and to pay therefor such sum or sums as may, from time to
time, be provided by budgetary appropriation by the City Council.
