A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK
AND MAYOR TO SIGN, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, AN~ AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE
AUTHORITY AND THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, WASHINGTON,
FOR AID IN FINANCING THE COST OF PUBLIC FACILITIES
CONSISTING OF THE TAYLOR STREETSEWER-WATER PROJECT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS~
That the City Clerk and Mayor of the City of Port Townsend,
Washington, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sign, on
behalf of the City, aW Agreement between the State of Washington,
Economic Assistance Authority and the City of Port Townsend, Washington
for aid in financing the cost of facilities consisting of water and
sewer lines in~talled in Taylor Street between Water and Front Streets,
a copy of said'Agreement to be attached hereto, designated as "Exhibit
A," and ma~e a part hereof as though set forth in full.
Passed and signed this 2nd day of July, 1974.
