Townsend:
That all representations, conditions and agreements hereto-
fore entered into by any agent of the City of Port To~send insofar
as the same pertains to the promulgation of the Jefferson County
Solid Waste Management Plan now in effect as a joint city-county
plan, with Jefferson County agents, be and the same hereby are ratified
and confirmed.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 17th day of December, 1974.
