A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR CITY CLERK TO
SIGN ALL APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SEWAGE
FACILITY PLAN > .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
That the Mayor o~ City Clerk, in their capacities as such
officers, may individually sign any and all documents which may
require a signature in behalf of the City of Port Townsend in
connection with all applications and other documents relating to
the Sewage Facility Plan under Public Law 92-500.
