A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE WASHINGTON STATE
AMERICAN REVOLUTION BICENTENNIAL COMMISSION FOR
REIMBURSEMENT TO THE CITY FOR EXPENSES OF A
BICENTENNIAL PROJECT
The City Counnil of the City of Port Townsend, in regular
session assembled, does hereby RESOLVE:
That, whereas the Washington State American Revolution
Bicentennial Commission has offered a grant to fully reimburse
the City for costs of a certain City Bicentennial Project in
renewing and landscaping a portion of Tyler Street between
Washington Street and Water Street, and said grant is in the
sum of $2,500.00, now, therefore,
The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into
contract number T-76-0022, with the Washington State American
Revolution Bicentennial Commission to accept grant funds therefrom in
the sum of $2,S00.00.
