A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE QUIT CLAIM DEEDS FOR RELEASE OF
WATER LINE EASEMENTS NOW ABANDONED
WHEREAS, the water transmission line from the Big
Quilcene River has been replaced, and in certain areas
rerouted, and
WHEREAS, in areas where the line has been rerouted,
the City should release and convey back to the owners the
easements which are no longer required for said line,
Now, therefore, E IT RESOLVED that the Mayo s~
authorized and directed to execute quit claim deeds to
such rightful owners of property as may apply for the same,
for the release of easements for water line where such
water line has been relocated on the transmission line
between the Big Quilcene River and the corporate limits of
the City of Port Townsend.
