A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK-TREASURER
TO ENTER INTO A CHARTER PARTY AGREEmeNT.
BE IT RESOLVED, in a regular session of the City Council of
the City of Port Townsend, that the Clerk-Treasurer be and
he is hereby authorized to enter into, in behalf of the City,
an agreement for the charter of a suitable vessel on July 4,
1976, for the purpose of providing a base for a fireworks
display on the occasion of the bicentennial celebration of
the United States of America.
