~ RESOLUTION FIXING AND DETERMINING JUST COMPENSATION
FOR CERTAIN LANDS TO BE ACQUIRED FOR THE CITY WATER
SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend in regular
session assembled,
That the reasonable market value of lands in Jefferson County,
Washington, described as:
Lots 3 and 16 and a portion of Lot 17 in Block 1
of Hessian Garden Plat,
is hereby determined to be the sum of $10,500.00.
The above described property is required for use in the public
water supp]v system owned and operated by the City of Port Townsend.
The just compensation to be paid for said property is not less than
the sum of $10,500.00.
