A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE HEALTH AND SANITATION
REGULATIONS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY AND THE JEFFERSON
COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
In order to provide for the public health and welfare,
those certain regulations adopted by Jefferson County, Washington,
and by the Health Department of said Jefferson County, for the
health and sanitation of the citizens of said County, are here
and hereby adopted and approved for the City of Port Townsend,
to be apllied and enforced within the corporate limits of said
City, and the officers of said Jefferson County Health Department
are here and hereby authorized and empowered to enforce such
regulations within the boundaries of said City of Port Townsend,
as officials of said City, and in the name of said City.
