WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirments of RCW 35.77.010, Laws of the State of
Washington, the City of Port Townsend, did prepare a revised and extended
Six Year Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six years, 1979 through
1985; and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 78-07 said Six Year Comprehensive Street Program
for the ensuing six years, 1979 through 1985, was adopted after public hearing
thereon; and,
WHEREAS, it now appears for the best interests of the City of Port Townsend
that said Six Year Comprehensive Street Program be modified and revised by
the addition of the following:

Benedict Washington St. SR-20 New Construction 40,000
Washington Benedict St. SR-20 New Construction 60,000
Washington Walker St. Improvement 14,000
Kearney SR-20 Storm Sewer 12,000
;and,
WHEREAS, pursuant further to said law, the City of Council of the City of Port
Townsend, being the legislative body of said City did hold a public hearing
on said revision(s) and modification(s) of the comprehensive plan at 7:30 p.m.
at the City Hall in Port Townsend, on the 3rd day of July, 1979; and,
WHEREAS, there were no written or oral objections to the revised and modified
Six Year Comprehensive Street Program of the City of Port Townsend, relative
to the street program for the ensuing six years, 1979 through 1985, within the
City of Port Townsend;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend
that the Six Year Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six years, 1979
through 1985, be revised and modified by the addition of the following:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be filed with the Director
of Highways of the State of Washington.
Adopted (unanimously) this 3rd day of July, 1979.
