A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PROGRESS PAYMENTS
ON EQUIPMENT BUILDING CONTRACT
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend does
hereby RESOLVE:
That the City Clerk-Treasurer be and he is hereby
authorized to make progress payments to -POULSBO ALUMINUM PRODUCTS INC.
on account of work actually compi'~ted and for which
vouchers have been properly submitted, on the contract
for construction of the equipment building entered into
be said parties.
Passed July 3, 1979.
