A RESOLUTION DECLARING
PROPERTY SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING SALE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES RESOLVE:
That the attached list of property marked exhibit "A" be declared
surplus and that the Police Chief be authorized to sell the property at
public auction after publication of notices and in the manner prescribed
by law. The proceeds of the sale shall be deposited in the fund from
which the property was purchased.
