A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE

ACQUISITION OF RIGHT OF WAY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:

authorized an directed to enter into negotiations for the
acquisition by purchase of a certain portion of land required
for the improvement and widening of Monroe Street, pursuant to
sketches thereof submitted by said ~~ ~ ............ -to the
City Council.
