A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A FEDERAL AID
PROJECT AGREEMENT ON THE PROPOSED WASHINGTON AND
BENEDICT STREET DEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter
into an agreement with the State of Washington Department of Transportation
to obtain Federal Aid under Title 23 U. S. Code Highways Project
the Washington and Benedict Street Development Project, in accord with the
authorization granted at the regular City Council meeting of Febraury 5, 1980.
