A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
CONTRACT FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION
WHEREAS, bids have been called, and a contract awarded
pursuant to said bids, for garbage collections services for
a five year period commencing January l, 1981, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED
That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with Olympic Disposal Corp.,
a Washington corporation, for the collection of garabage in
the City of Port Townsend upon the terms and conditions set
forth in the contract documents contained in the notice to
bidders, for a period of five years from January l, 1981.
