A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE~-~9~6 SIX YEAR TRANSPORTATION
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 35.77.010, Laws
of the State of Washington,.'the City of Port Townsend, did
prepare a revised.and extended Six Year Comprehensive Street
Program for the ensuing-six years, ~ through 1985; and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 80-16 said Six Year Comprehensive

Street Program for the ensuing six years, ~ through ~9~6,
was adopted after public hearing thereon; and,
WHEREAS, it now appears for the best interest of the City of
Port Townsend that said Six Year Comprehensive Program be
modified and revised by the addition of the following:
The downtown shopping district to include the following streets:_

Adams Harrison
Taylor Water
Washington

;and,
WHEREAS, pursuant further to said law, the City Council of the
City of Port Townsend, being the legislative body of said city
did hold a public hearing on said revision(s) and modifications(s)
of the comprehensive plan at ~. at the City Hall in Port
Townsend, on the ~ day of..FCbruary, 1981.
WHEREAS, there was no written or oral objections to the revised
and modified Six Year Comprehensive Street Program of the City
of Port Townsend, relative to the street program for the ensuing
six years,~t~3~O--through within the City of Port Townsend;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Port Townsend that the Six Year Comprehensive Street Program
for the ensuing six years, 1980 through 1986, b~ reviSed and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be filed
