A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION
FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES GRANT
AND STATING QUALIFICATIONS THEREFORE
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend has had and does now have
an interest in Emergency Medical Services and intends to continue
to expand its Emergency Medical Services to the fullest extent possible,
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend,
at a regular meeting, that funds sufficient to equal the amount of
any grant made to the City for Emergency Medical Services equipment
are available for such purpose, and application for a grant therefore
is hereby authorized, and that the City will continue to provide
Emergency Medical Services to its residents and such residents of
adjacent areas as may join with the City for the purpose of providing
Emergency Medical Services.
