ARESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE
JEFFERSON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND~' IN
REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED'.' DOES HEREBY RESOLVE~
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
enter into a contract with t~e Jefferson County Sheriff's
Department for the purpose of providing to the City jail
services, dispatch services and teletype services, in accord
with the agreement hereunto annexed~ dated February 10~ 1981,~
and by this reference incorporated herein.
