A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE EMPLOYMENT
OF A LAND USE PLANNING CONSULTANT
BE IT RESOLVED, in a regular meeting of the City Council,
that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a
contract for the employment of Robert W. DeWolfe as a land use
planning consultant upon the terms and conditions of the
"Planning Consultant Agreement," a copy of which is annexed
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein the same as
though a part hereof.
