TOWNSEND MD INTE~GENCY CO~ITTE FOR
OUT~OR ~C~ATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TO. SEND, IN ~GULAR
SESSION ASSE~LED, WES HE~ MD HE.BY ~SOL~:
The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter
into a contract, in behalf of the CiO of Port Townsend, with
the Port of Port Townsend and the State of Washington Interagency
Comitte for for Outdoor Recreation. for the purpose undertaking
a project denoted by said Interagency Co~itte for Outdoor
Recreation as Kai Tai Park Project No. 81-043A, pursuant to an
aDplication by the City dated June 8, 1980, said project to be
completed by June 30, 1982, unless extended, all in acc~d with
the terms of said con~act ~Bich is filed with the office of
the City Clerk-Treasurer.
