A RESOLUTION REMOVING CERTAIN AMBULANCE
SERVICE CHARGES FROM THE RECORDS AND
AUTHORIZING ASSIGNMENT FOR COLLECTION.
WHEREAS, ambulance service has been provided by the City to
various persons whose whereabouts is unknown, and after due
diligence in attempting to ascertain the location of said persons
to collect the charges for such service, it is apparent that
collection of such charges cannot be made, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk-Treasurer be and he is
authorized to remove from the accounts receivable records of the
City the accounts in the amounts and names following; James
Ewers, $150.00; all following in the sum of $50.00 each; Janin
Logg; Ellie Lonsdale; Lori Matzick; Patrick McCarty; Maxine
McFerron; Ester Ramsey; Bradley T. Sager; Robert S. Scott;
Terry R. Simmons; Nellie A. Sisson; Gary Swenson; Grace Warren;
Greg Murillo; Guy R. Bardsley, Sr.; Jim Tibbets; Diane M. Putas;
Dwayne Ledbetter
Samuel H. Stockt,
