A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN INTERLOCAL JAIL CONTRACT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
The Mayor is hereby aUthorized and directed to enter into a contract, in
behalf of the City of Port Townsend, with Jefferson County for the purpose of
providing care, custody, and control of male and female prisoners of the City
of Port Townsend, dispatching services, and teletype services for a period of
ten years.
