A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A LEASE FROM THE PORT OF PORT
TOWNSEND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute in behalf o£ the City a lease for 30 years from the
Port of Port Townsend, of lands located in the Railroad
Addition of the City, and more particularly described in the
form of lease annexed hereto and marked "Exhibit A," and by
this reference lncorpoarted herein, in exchange for the lease
by the City to the Port of Port Townsend of portions of San
Juan Avenue and 10th Streets, and the sum of $1.00 per year,
which street leases shall be subject to the requirements of
RCW 35.24.300, and such lease to be subject to the terms and
provisions contained in said "Exhibit A."
