A RESOLUTION GOVERNING THE USE OF
THE CITY PIER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO~RD~Ifl~AS FOLLOWS:
The use of the pier located at the foot of Madison
Street, commonly called the "City Dock," shall not be used
for the moorage of boats or vessels for any period of time
exceeding four continuous hours in one day Tand any user shall
moor at his own risk. This policy may be enforced by the
City Police Department, and the remedy for violation shall
be that provided for any other criminal trespass.
