A RESOLUTION REMOVING
SEWER SERVICE CHARGES
FROM
THE RECORDS FOR 312 HANCOCK STREET
WHEREAS, the subject building was condemned prior to construction of the
1967 sewer project, and,
WHEREAS, the owner requested that no side sewer be installed to the site
even though the contractor arbitrarily installed one in to the right of
way line, and
WHEREAS, the house has been torn down, now therfore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the city Clerk-Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized
to remove from the accounts receivable records of the city $1,199.03 from
account no. 10171 for 312 Hancock Street presently owned by Grace P. Tice.

RE: Residence at 312 Hancock Street. of this City.
The subject building was condemned prior to construction
of the 1967 sewer project. The owner requested that no side
sewer be installed to the site. The contractor arbitrarily
put one in to the right of way line.
The sewer charges should not have been placed against
the property. The house has been torn down. The problem
has been a misunderstanding of the address.
