A RESOLUTION CC~IFIR~ING THE OBLIGATION FOR MATCHING
FUNDS IN AN INTERAG~CY COMMITi~E FOR OUTDOOR
RECREATION GRANT
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend has heretofore applied
for and received approval of a grant from the Interagency
Committee for Outdoor Recreation (IAC), which grant required that
the said city obligate itself to match a portion of the grant with
money, services or goods to be used in the project therein
set forth, and
WHEREAS, it now appears that it is necessary that the City
reaffirm its intention to provide the matching amount of funds,
services or goods, and to~assure that it recognizes its
responsibility therefor, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, in a session of the City Council called
pursuant to notice given as required by law, that the City of Port
Townsend recognizes that it has assumed and is responsible for the
matching provisions set forth in a g~ant from IAC for the development
of the city's Kah Tai Lagoon Park, and that its responsibility
therefor is in the sum of $
