A RF~OLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR T0 SIGN A CONTRACT
FLOYD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND IN
REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED:
Section 1. That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are here and hereby
authorized to sign the Contract Planner Agreement marked Exhibit "A"
attached hereto as though fully setforth herein.
Section 2. That the contract fee be paid from the Current Expense
fund.
