A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR THE SALE OF WATER TO P.U.D. NO. 1
WHEREAS, The City Council, after negotiation with Jefferson
County Public Utility District No. 1, and deliberation of the Council,
has determined that water is available from the City Water System for
use by said Public Utility District (P.U.D.), and the P.U.D. has agreed
to the purchase of water in accord with provisions of the water contract
hereonto annexed and by this reference incorporated herein, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED
That the Mayor and City Clerk are here and ~ereby authorized and
directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Port Townsend, a water con-
tract in the conformity to the document annexed hereto.
