A RESOLUTION DECLARING PROPERTY SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING SALE OR TRADE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED,
DOES RESOLVE:
That the attached list of property marked exhibit "A" be declared sur-
plus and that the Mayor be authorized to sell the property at public auction
after publication of notices and in the manner prescribed by law or include
the equipment as trade in on other equipment.
Passed this 17th day of May, 1983.
