A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
RESID~TIALLEASE OF CERTAIN PARK PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk are here and
hereby authorized to enter into the lease to one , Dan Harpole
of a house and supporting lands located at the North end of Kah-
Tai Lagoon Park, for a rental of One Hundred Dollar~ ($100.00)
per month, plus sixteen (16) hours of labor per month, for four
months commencing June 15, 1983, and provided that the tenant shall
pay water, sewer and garbage charges during the tenancy, and that
the proper.ty shall be available for park purposes as required by
the Park Board during the term.
Passed June 21, 1983.
