REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DOES RESOLVE:
Section 1) That one 1952 Willy's Jeep ID #65506
be declared surplus and that the Mayor be authorized
to sell at public auction for not less than $400.00,
after publication of notices and in the manner pre-
scribed by law or include the equipment as trade in
on other equipment.
