A RESOLUTION INCREASING CITY
FILING FEES FOR DISTRICT COURT
BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Mayor is here and hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with Jefferson County, Washington, for the
purpose of increasing District Justice Court filing fees in
cases of the City of Port Townsend police department to the
sum of $17.00 per case, which fees may be applied to the usual
costs of court administration and for providing of public
defender service in city cases.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend
at a regular meeting December 20, 1983.
