A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE AGREEMENT
TO STATE FACILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED:
That the mayor be and is hereby authorized and directed
to enter into an agreement with the Planning and Community Affairs
Agency of the State of Washington to provide continuous fire
protection services to State personnel and properties from July 1,
1983 through June 30, 1984 for the sum of $5,053.00 on the
conditions set forth in the annexed "Exhibit A", which by this
reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof, the
same as though fully set forth herein.
Passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Port Townsend on December 20, 1983.
