A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF WATER SERVICE AGREEMENTS FOR THE
U. S. FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE, THE
WASHINGTON STATE PARKS AND RECREATION
COMMISSION, AND THE U. S. DEPARTMENT
OF THE NAVY
BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Mayor be and is hereby authorized and directed
to enter into agreements with the U. S. Fish and Wildlife
Service, the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission,
and the U. S. Department of the Navy to provide continuous
water service for the sum of $.60 per 1,000 gallons on the
conditions set forth in the annexed "Exhibit A, B, and C",
which by this reference is incorporated herein and made a part
hereof, the same as though fully ~et forth herein.
Passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Port Townsend on December 20, 1983.
