A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH THE JEFFERSON COUNTY HEALTH
DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, that
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to execute a
public health services contract with the Jefferson County Health Depart-
ment for the calendar year of 1984 in the amount of $25,000 in the form
annexed hereto.
