A RESOLUTION DECLARING PROPOERTY
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING SALEOR
TRADE
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
One 1980 Yamaha Motorcycle I.D. No. 3J2009870 be declared
surplus and that the Mayor be authorized to sell the motorcycle at
public auction after publication of notices and in the manner pre-
scribed by law or include the equipment as trade-in on other
equipment.
Passed this 20th day of March, 1984, by the' Port Townsend City Council.
