A ~ESOLUT~O~ AUTHO~Z~NS THE ~OR A~D CLERK O~ THE
CiT~ TO EXECUTE A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT W~TH C~E~/
CALDWELL FOR DESIGN OF KAH TAI PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend has undertaken to
establish and construct a public park at and near the property
commonly known as the Kah Tai Lagoon within the City limits,
and
WHEREAS, the City desires to contract with Carey/Caldwell,
consultants, for the provision of professional services in the
form of landscape architecture to be performed by the consultant
for the City to develope said park, nowtherefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the mayor and the Clerk of the City
of Port Townsend are hereby authorized and directed to execute
and enter into the attached consultants agreement for the per-
formance of professional landscape architectural services by
Carey/Caldwell, in consideration of the sum of ~ to be paid
them by the city, on the terms and conditions set forth in the
agreement/6 ~4~ ~ ~~
