PROCEDURE FOR ALLEGED DISCRIMINATION
ON THE BASIS OF HANDICAPPED STATUS
BE IT RESOLVED, that.:
the annexed grievance procedure be approved and adopted to provide
prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any action
prohibited by the Office of Revenue Sharing regulations with regard
to discrimination on the basis of handicapped status in admission or
access to, or treatment or employment in, the programs and activities
of the City of Port Townsend.
