A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NUMBERS
81-24 ~D 82-8 PERTAINING TO CORRECTION OF
THE CITY ZONING ~P
WHEREAS the City Zoning Ordinance provides for changes
to the City Zoning Code and Map by ordinance only, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolutions Number 81-24 and Number
82-8 are here and hereby rescinded and repealed and of no fur-
ther effect.
PASSED by the City Council on July 3, 1984.

A RESOLUTION CORRECTING THE
OFFICXAL ZONX G
WHEREAS, it has been dete~mine~ that certain property which
was owned by the ~City of Port Townsend at the time
the official zoning map was adopted by Ordinance
No. 1625, and is still owned by said City of Port
Townsend was zoned R1-A, ·
WHEREAS, Section 4.07 of Ordinance No. 1625 provides that
all public lands and buildings shall be zoned P-l,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the official zoning
map of the City of Port Townsend is hereby corrected
to provide that the tracts of land in Port Townsend,
Jefferson County, Washington described as:
The north 30 feet of Lots 1 & 8 Block 11
The north 30 feet of Lots 1 & 8 Block 12
The north 30 feet of Lots 1 & 6 Block 13
The north 30 feet of Lots 1 & 4 Block 14
The north 30 feet of Lots 1 & 4 Block 15
all in Johnstone Addition
is designated for zoning purposes as a P-1 zone.

A RESOLUTION CORRECTING THE OFFICIAL ZONING ~AP
WHEREAS,
it has been determined that certain property which was
owned by Jefferson County at the time the official
zoning map was ~dopted by Ordinance No. 1625, and is
still owned by said Jefferson County, was zoned R1-A,
and
WHEREAS,
Section 4.07 of Ordinance No. 1625 provides that all
public lands and buildings shall be zoned P-l,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the official zoning map of
the City of Port Townsend is here and hereby corrected
to provide that the tract of land in Port Townsend,
Jefferson COunty,Washington, described as
Tax 18, West of the extended
centerline of Alder Street in
Section 9, Township 30 North,
Range 1 West, W.M.,
is designated for zoning purposes as a P-1 zone.
