A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE
OF A PORTION OF BENEDICT STREET TO ROBERT AND GLORIA
HARPER
BE IT RESOLVED,
That the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Port Townsend the attached lease agreement
for a portion of Benedict Street to Robert and Gloria Harper,
doing business as Harper Oil Company, providing~for the lease
of a portion of said street for a term of ten years with rent
to be reviewed in five years.
Approved by the Council and signed by the Mayor on this
7th day of August, 1984.
