A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH KITSAP PHYSICIANS
SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED, that
The Mayor is hereby authorizied and directed to enter
into the annexed agreement with Kitsap Physicians Service
to provide ambulance services under the conditions and for
the fee set forth in the contract document.
