A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
EDEN SYSTEMS INCORPORATED
BE IT RESOLVED, that
The mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into
the annexed license agreement with Eden Systems Inc. for use of
their computer software for budgetary accounting, Utility Billing,
and Payroll for a fee of $26,000.
