A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO RECONVEY A
UTILITY EASEMENT AND RECEIVE PROPERTY AND FUNDS IN
SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS
RESOLVED, that the Mayor is here and hereby authorized and
directed to reconvey to Towne Point that certain utility
easement over phase two of the Towne Point PUD, dated April 28,
1982, and recorded under Auditor's File 277984, and to execute
a release of all claims in conjunction with the City's payment
of invoice 28352 to Western Utilities Supply Company, dated
May 5, 1982, in the amount of $2,604.78, and to do so on
receipt from Towne Point or its authorized agents, the sum of
$450 in cash payable to the City of Port Townsend, and a bill
of sale to the following personal property: Three pieces of
six inch sewer pipe, 22 pieces of eight inch sewer pipe, 10
pieces of twelve inch sewer pipe, each of said pieces being
approximately 20 feet in length, and the estimated value of
which is $2,129.00.
Passed by the City Councilof the City of Port Townsend
