A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SIX YEAR TRANSPORTATION
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 35.77.010, Laws
of the State of Washington, the City of Port Townsend, did
prepare a revised and extended Six Year Comprehensive Street
Program for the ensuing six years, 1984 through 1989; and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 83-11 said Six Year Comprehensive
Street Program for the ensuing six years, 1984 through 1989,
was adopted after public hearing thereon; and,
WHEREAS, it now appears for the best interest of the City of
Port Townsend that said Six Year Comprehensive Program be
modified and revised by the addition of the following:

WHEREAS, pursuant further to said law, the City Council of the
City of Port Townsend being the legislative body of said city
did hold a public hearing on said revision(s) and modification(s)
of the comprehensive plan at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall in Port
Townsend, on the 18th day of September, 1984; and,
WHEREAS, there was no written or oral objections to the revised
and modified Six Year Comprehensive Street Program of the City of
Port Townsend, relative to the street program for the ensuing six
years, 1984 through 1989, within the City of Port Townsend,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Port Townsend that the Six Year Comprehensive Street Program for
the ensuing six years, 1984 through 1989, be revised and modified
by the addition of the following:

BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be filed
with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington.
Adopted (unanimously) this 18th day of September, 1984.
