BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The annexed list of surplus property is hereby declared surplus
and that the Mayor be authorized to sell the property at public auction
after publication of notices and in the manner prescribed by law or
include the equipment as trsde-in on other equipment.
Passed October 16, 1984, by the Port Townsend City Council.
