A RESOLUTION DECLARING PROPERTY
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING SALE OR
TRADE
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
One 1966 GMC dump truck I.D. No. JJ7700ADlO29L be declared surplus
and the Mayor be authorized to sell the dump truck at public auction after
publication of notices and in the manner prescribed by law or include the
equipment as trade-in on other equipment.
Passed this 6th day of November, 1984, by the Port Townsend City Council.
