A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO I A C
PROJECT CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the annexed AMENDMENT TO I A C PROJECT CONTRACT with the
Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation to eliminate the Werner and
Baker parcels from the land purchase for the Kah Tai Lagoon Park.
